💜 Tips for Kids

My kids actually preferred the bone marrow on its own, without the garlic bread or topping. If your children are trying bone marrow for the first time, let them taste it plain first and see which way they prefer it.

📝 Amanda's Notes

Don’t throw away the bones. It can also be used to make beef bone broth, which is super nutritious. I didn’t do it this time because travelling is not really the time to slow cook bone broth. 😂
