* If your kids prefer soup noodles, serve the noodles with the anchovy soup instead of the dry sauce.
* For younger kids, cut the noodles and wantons into smaller pieces.
* Wanton noodles: You can use any thin egg noodles or noodles you have at home.
* Homemade wantons: Store bought frozen wantons work too.
* Mushroom seasoning : Substitute with a little chicken stock powder or simply season with salt. Or you can use the anchovy soup pack too. Link below
* Shallot oil & fried shallots: You can skip them, but they add a lot of flavour to the noodles.
* Dark soy sauce: Use less if you prefer a lighter coloured noodle.
