A simple, comforting Asian style meal made with very basic pantry ingredients. The chicken is tender and shredded into a savoury soy sauce and oyster sauce mixture, then served over spring onion noodles. Perfect for those days when you don’t have many ingredients but still want a proper comfort home cooked meal.

I actually made this while travelling with very limited ingredients, no cooking oil so I used butter instead, no salt or pepper and I couldn’t even find Asian noodles, so I used thin spaghetti! 😂
Sometimes you really don’t need a long list of ingredients to make a comforting family meal. A few simple sauces, ginger, spring onions and chicken can go a long way. 🤍
Simple, sweet, and savoury chicken that the whole family loves. Easy enough for busy days, but always disappears fast from the table.
A simple, comforting bowl of tender beef short ribs noodles made with minimal ingredients and a ready made store bought beef stock for an easy, flavourful broth. Perfect for a cold day or whenever you’re craving a comforting bowl of soup noodles.
This is one of my favourite ways to turn any leftover meat into a completely new meal.. The roasted meat gives the soup a deep, savoury flavour, while the mustard greens add a delicious balance of sweetness and slight bitterness. It’s a comforting one pot soup that’s perfect for reducing food waste.
