💜 Tips for Kids

* The chicken is very tender after steaming, making it easy for younger children to eat.
* Spoon some of the natural chicken broth over rice, it adds so much flavour.
* If your child isn’t used to the herbs, simply remove it, just ginger juice and salt is good enough for the little ones.

📝 Amanda's Notes

* Wrapping the bowl with parchment paper followed by aluminium foil helps retain moisture and prevents the chicken from overcooking while steaming.
* There’s no need to add water. The chicken naturally releases its own delicious juices during steaming.
* Feel free to adjust the amount of herbs based on your family’s preference. I simply eyeball everything every time I make it.
* This is a recipe I make regularly, and I often change the combination of herbs slightly depending on what I have at home. Small tweaks keep family favourites interesting without making dinner more complicated.
